CUTTING
5 cutting tables for float or laminated glass accompanied by automatic loading systems for large glass panes. The maximum workable dimensions are 6000 x 3210 mm and we can cut glass from 3 to 25 mm thick.
ASSEMBLY OF INSULATING GLASS
4 automatic lines for the production of insulating glass for 1, 2 or 3 rooms with aluminium, steel, plastic or Super Spacer spacers. We can also produce staggered glass up to 100 mm thick.
The maximum workable dimensions are 6000 x 3210 mm and can be sealed with polysulfide or with black or grey silicone sealants
GRINDING
6 rough or polished-edge grinding systems. The workable thicknesses have a range from 3 to 25 mm and the maximum dimensions are 5000 x 2800 mm.
DRILLING AND SPECIAL PROCESSING
4 CNC machining centers for drilling, milling and grinding in a rough or polished system having a thickness from 3 to 25 mm and maximum dimensions of 5000 x 2800 mm
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing technology allows printing on glass starting from a simple graphic file. Furthermore, the use of ceramic colors guarantees durability even if the glass is exposed to atmospheric agents or ultraviolet rays. One of the advantages of digital printing is that is not require the use of a screen printing frame. The maximum workable dimensions are 6000 x 2800 mm.
TEMPERING
The supplied tempering oven is a high-performance double air circulation oven with which we are able to temper even the latest generation of magnetronic glass with very low emissivity. The temperable glass thicknesses range from 3 to 25 mm, the maximum dimensions are 6000 x 2800 mm.
